Schools are invited to attend special screenings for young people as part of Sheffield DocFest 2026. These sessions give students the chance to experience documentary films on the big screen and discover stories from around the world.
Screenings are accompanied by Q&As with filmmakers and industry professionals, offering insight into how documentaries are made and the different roles involved. There may also be opportunities to explore immersive storytelling through DocFest’s Virtual Reality programme.
This is a chance for students to engage with new ideas, hear directly from creatives, and experience an international film festival in Sheffield.
