Create Sheffield Business Plan

In early 2025, we used Cultural Pipeline funding from Sheffield City Council to commission an independent consultant to write a business plan. The plan was developed in collaboration with our network and sets out how we can support them to do their work. It explains how we will achieve our core aim of increasing, improving and equalising cultural opportunities for young people.

A major national report arguing for arts education to be treated as essential, and highlighting how access has become increasingly unequal. It sets out principles and recommendations for building arts-rich, inclusive schools.
