I work as a creative producer, facilitator, creative education consultant and evaluator, working to encourage change through creativity, reflective practice and the development of learning communities, often but not exclusively working within the field of arts education.
I'm a co-Director of Imagine Hope CIC, an organisation that works with schools and communities to explore how creativity and social action can empower young people to respond positively to climate change and the challenges facing our world today.
I work as an evaluator on large-scale creative initiatives & projects, supporting organisations to evidence the impact of their work and communicate the changes it brings about for participants, communities, and wider systems. This work helps to capture and share the stories of how the work has made a difference, and to understand and communicate its impact on people and communities.
I'm passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organisations reflect on and recognise their learning. I offer training, workshops, and consultancy that support meaningful evaluation and development. One distinctive approach I use is inspired by 16th-century 'Receipt Books'—a creative and reflective method for capturing and sharing learning in a thoughtful, enduring way.
