Watch, game, make! A new festival of interactive creativity for big and small screens.
Showroom’s new festival for young people and families explores new forms of storytelling through gaming, interactive media, immersive technology and film. Running throughout the venue, PLAY offers a host of accessible events for family audiences this summer.
Join in with 12 days of screenings, gaming and workshops this summer in Sheffield, with a packed programme of films and events that celebrate creativity!
Play together, across interactive video game concerts, bold VR stories and animated adventures. There’s something fun for all ages over the summer holidays at Showroom.
The dedicated ‘Playroom’ will feature free video games, crafts and pop-up activities in a relaxed and cosy space throughout the festival. All other events will be ticketed (with films discounted to as part of Great British Summer Savings).
