Folk Factory Seniors is a new ensemble aimed at older and more advanced young musicians. For those at GCSE and A level standard, this weekly group will explore tunes and songs in much more detail, looking at arranging in smaller groups, writing music, and most importantly will be guided by what our older students want to learn. There will be opportunities to cover things that aren’t covered in the other Folk Factory groups, like how to use a P.A, how to play for a ceilidh, and how to book gigs, for example.
