Bravand is a Sheffield-based digital studio (with offices in London) working on real-world digital products and services, from websites and platforms to more complex systems used by organisations across the UK and beyond.
Alongside this, we run Fresh Meet CIC - a social enterprise focused on opening up access to digital and creative careers for young people.
We exist to connect the two.
Too often, young people don’t see how to get into digital or creative industries, or don’t feel like those spaces are for them. Through Fresh Meet, we create practical, accessible ways in - through workshops, careers events, mentoring, work experience and paid internships.
Our sessions are grounded in real industry practice, giving young people aged 14-24 direct exposure to how digital work actually happens - whether that’s design, user experience (UX), development or strategy.
We’re particularly focused on working with those who are underrepresented in the industry, helping build confidence, skills and clear pathways into meaningful careers.
By combining industry work (Bravand) with community-focused programmes (Fresh Meet CIC), we’re able to offer something more joined-up: not just inspiration, but real routes into the sector.
