The National Videogame Museum has announced its first dedicated Home Education session, offering a fun and educational experience designed especially for home-educating families and groups. Perfect for developing vital STEAM-based skills (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Maths), a visit to the Museum takes learners on an interactive journey through the history and culture of videogames.

Alongside exploring over 100 playable exhibits, families will also have the opportunity to book a place on a facilitated workshop as part of their visit. Ideal for ages 7–11, the workshop ‘Pixel Art & Designing Videogame Characters’ lasts one hour and gives children the chance to express their creativity while learning about key concepts in game design.
