The National Year of Reading 2026 is a campaign to address the steep decline in reading amongst children, young people and adults.
Step back in time and experience Sheffield’s wartime story through the eyes of those who lived it. This new permanent Blitz exhibition will bring to life the personal experiences of ordinary people during WWII, from the children who played their part to the brave emergency services who risked everything.
Take a trip down Memory Lane this winter at the Moor Market. Sheffield City Archives will be sharing stories and festive memories for all to enjoy. 15th-20th December.

Over 350 young people and 79 creative professionals came together for Discover Creative Careers Sheffield, an event series curated by Create Sheffield all about inspiring the next generation into creative careers.
