Maker{Futures}
We offer guidance and support for running makerspaces in early years settings, schools, libraries, museums and community spaces. With Maker{Move}, our pop-up makerspace, we can bring the resources and materials to you. We deliver workshops in which participants can design and make a range of objects and engage in STEAM challenges.
The Maker{Futures} programme provides children and young people with the skills, knowledge and habits of mind to make projects in relation to real world problems using both high and low-tech tools, materials and technologies.
We offer continuing professional development and downloadable guides to enable you to set up your own makerspace and we can visit your setting with our pop-up makerspace - Maker{Move}. Our workshops provide playful and creative ways to develop digital and STEM skills through a STEAM approach that integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics with the arts.
