Established in 2002, Bloc Projects is a contemporary arts organisation in the centre of Sheffield. We focus on the support and development of contemporary artists at key stages in their careers.
Through our acclaimed artistic programme of commissions, workshops, exhibitions and discursive events, we provide a safe and stimulating environment that is free for the public to explore ideas and creative practices.
Our programme is free to the public and provides generous opportunities for participatory learning, meaningful arts engagement and skill development.
Bloc Projects works closely with other local art organisations, universities and charities to ensure our activities welcome a diverse and intergenerational demographic.
We regularly provide workshops and talks that are free and open for anyone to attend, along with specific events catered towards particular groups, including children and young people.
